This information relating to your entry into the Goldrush should be read and understood before entering.

We will be enforcing all the following conditions of entry. Please read carefully.

Entry information:
Entries will be limited to 400. Entries will close automatically when full.
All entries over the 400 will go on waiting list.

Payment: Payment for entry will be available online only by Visa or Mastercard.

Withdrawals:
Withdrawals made up to January 31st 100% refund.
1st to 28th February will receive a 50% refund.
1st to 20th March will receive no refund.
A 5% handling fee will be deducted from any entry fee refunds up to the 31st January.

Wait listed entrants:
Entrants on waiting list will be notified if they are on the wait list and will also be notified when their entry becomes valid. Individual entrants will take place of individual withdrawals. 2 person teams will take place of 2 person team withdrawals and 3 person teams on wait list will take the place of 3 person team withdrawals. Your entry will be listed as they are received and allocated according to the above criteria.

Team Sizes and entry transfer:
Please make sure when you enter that you do not enter a 2 person team and expect to increase to 3 person team closer to start date. This will not be allowed as it does not give us control of the numbers in the race and penalizes the persons on the wait list. If any 2 person teams do introduce another team member into their team, they will be disqualified immediately. Teams wishing to replace an existing team member will be able to. They will need to contact organisers with the name and details of the replacement team member.
Individual and team competitors cannot transfer their entry in Goldrush to another team or individual competitor, this disadvantages persons on the wait list. If this happens and is discovered prior to or during the race the recipient will be disqualified and not allowed to participate.

Race Clothing:
A T/Shirt will be provided with competitor entry, we will also have available for purchase other clothing options at the event.
